Prestige Marble & Granite (hereby referred to as “Prestige”) shall warrant your natural stone installation against defective workmanship for a period one (1) year from the date of installation to the original purchaser and is non-transferable to any subsequent owner(s).
Should it be determined by Prestige that there is a failure in the workmanship, Prestige will make any required repairs on site in the original installed location. Prestige will not replace any material upon request; any and all material replacements will be made only if Prestige deems it necessary.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by the purchaser under normal conditions, including but not limited to: scratches, chips, cracks, stains, etching, etc. or any damage caused by cleaning and/or chemical solutions and/or damage caused by excessive force or weight. Natural inclusions and/or processes are not covered by warranty, including but not limited to: color variation, patina, fissures, pitting, water marks, etc.
Natural stone, i.e., granite, marble, quartzite, soapstone, limestone, onyx, slate, etc. is not warrantied in any way. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to clean and maintain the natural stone to avoid damage. Sealer should be reapplied as required per manufacturer instructions, and is the owner’s responsibility.
This warranty is null and void should any repairs be made by anyone other than a representative of Prestige, including but not limited to the owner and/or contractors, unless specifically instructed or contracted by Prestige to do so. This warranty is separate from all manufacturer warranties which may come with items purchased from Prestige or otherwise, such as sinks, faucets, etc. This warranty is separate from all manufacturer warranties which may be included with the purchase of manufactured materials, such as quartz and solid surface.
This warranty is null and void unless the material and installation has been paid in full.
